Job Description:
Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine (specifically Cuisine ) and confident in handling wok.
Experience with organizing rota's and shift patterns for members of the kitchen team
We are looking for a leader in our kitchen to help develop our chefs and manage the busy services
Experience communicating with food suppliers and capable of managing our stock, forecasting, and stocktaking
A very organized chef who understands the importance behind food safety, with experience complying to health and safety policies.
Most importantly, a love of Thai Food and willingness to improve standards and quality on daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: depending on experience
Expected hours: 45 per week
