Summary


Do you have a deep passion for delivering exceptional care as part of a friendly, dedicated team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity within our team for Registered Nurses who are committed to providing outstanding care to our local community.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Ward/Department Leader in ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing and monitoring nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care journey. Moreover, you will actively contribute to creating an effective learning environment while promoting a team nursing philosophy of care.

As a member of our team, you'll be accountable to the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader for the day-to-day care delivery on the ward. This includes providing high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the highest standards. We're looking for candidates who are flexible with their working hours, willing to attend mandatory education updates, and take responsibility for their own self-directed learning.
