We are looking for TWO candidates to fill the following posts:
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Part time - 30 hours per week
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated Health Visiting team at Homerton Healthcare. Based at Orsman Road, this vital role supports the smooth running of the 0-5 and Single Point of Access Teams, ensuring efficient administrative operations across the service.
As a key point of contact, you will handle a range of responsibilities, including managing daily operational tasks, maintaining data accuracy, supporting safeguarding processes, and coordinating communications between internal teams and external partners. You will play an essential role in helping the team meet performance targets and deliver high-quality services to children and families across the community.

• Facilitate the smooth operation of the 0-5 and Single Point of Access (SPA) Teams by managing key administrative tasks such as appointment booking, maintaining team planners, and supporting safeguarding processes
• Process daily operational reports, including birth and antenatal lists, demographic changes, and A&E reports, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as RIO and EPR.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners, including social services, GP practices, and early years settings.
• Compile and distribute safeguarding files, ensure the accuracy of sensitive information, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to support the continuity of care.
• Deliver training to team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the service.
