Crynodeb
Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for a Goods in Operative for their client based in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire.
Goods in Operative Job Role:
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Booking stock in and out using Sage (preferred but not essential)
• Organising and maintaining stock accuracy
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, such as packaging and stacking
• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently (1 hour max per day)
Goods in Operative Requirements:
• Previous experience in a goods-in or warehouse role
• Sage system experience (ideal, but training can be provided)
• A valid Forklift Counterbalance licence
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Must have safety boots and hi viz
• Must be happy to have a Criminal Record Check or already have one in place
Hours:
Monday to Thursday – 08:15am – 4:45pm
Friday – 08:15am – 3:45pm
Pay:
£12.71ph, paid weekly, potential to be increased dependant on experience
