This is working a leading haulage client. The usual work that they will have is going from the depot in Burntwood to Palletforce in Burntwood, then up to J29 on the M6 for a trailer swap then back down through pallet force and then back to the depot in Burntwood. 10 - 11 hour nights. Ad hoc work and also ongoing work. Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to transport goods to various locations- Adhere to all road and safety regulations while driving- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to the relevant authorities- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactionsQualifications:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC and Digi Tacho card- Minimum of 2 year of experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver - Less than 6 points- Good knowledge of UK roads and regulations- Excellent communication and customer service skillsPay Rate: £19 per hourTo apply for this position, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
