**About the Role**

We are seeking two **Trade Supervisors** to support the **Planned Maintenance Delivery Manager** in leading and managing high-quality planned maintenance services across Link Group’s portfolio.

You will oversee daily operations, including managing a team of trade operatives, ensuring works are completed to required standards, and meeting statutory and customer service requirements. The role also supports other contracts and projects as required.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused service and ensure homes are maintained to a high standard for Link tenants and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of trade operatives
- Monitor quality of ongoing work across planned maintenance and other contracts
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and technical standards
- Deliver services in line with customer expectations and Link’s values
- Work within agreed budgets and resource allocations

**About You**
- HNC in Building/Construction or related field OR a Trade Qualification
- Proven experience line managing operatives in a responsive maintenance setting
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and relevant legislation
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and able to deliver high-quality service
