An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gifford Committee Clerk to work within the School of Critical Studies on a permanent basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the Chair and Committee in charge of the Lord Gifford endowment in the planning and hosting of Gifford Lectures and related events. They will clerk regular committee meetings, compose minutes, and circulate agenda and papers for discussion.

In addition, the postholder will maintain the committee website and other communication platforms.

This post is part time (a minimum of 60 hours per year, with an average of 1 hour per week) and is offered on an open ended basis.
