Duties
Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Initiating calls to prospective and existing customers to present product or service offerings
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for sales team members.
Support the organisation of office events and activities as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Maintaining customer databases: Updating information about customers and their interactions
Experience
Proven experience in an office environment is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
