Female Care Assistant required to support a young lady in the Chester-le-Street area who has Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.Rate of Pay - £13:00 per hourHours – 15hrs per weekand 1 x24hr overnight (times and days to be negotiated)
84 hr 4 weekly to meet service needsPA will be required to help the lady with the following:Accessing the community and actives of interest ( including college) Art, animals, music etcGraded exposure in the community and building confidence using planning and social storiesIndependent living skillsAdministering Medication and ordering medicationSupport with family appointments
Graded exposure training will be provided by Occupational Therapist.Essential – Experience and understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities and mental health conditions. Long term position
Driving Licence and access to a car.A DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost.
