Summary
Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic + Bonus OTE 34K
Hours - Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-12pm

Warehouse Supervisor Role:
- You will work under the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
- You will supervisor 25 drivers & 15 Warehouse Operatives
- Execute risk assessments, safety walks, audits, and incident investigations
- Handle absence reporting and support key business projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, PPE compliance, and EHS standards
- Plan and meet capacity, production, and performance targets
- You will need to show great communication & leadership skills
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
- Need experience in a similar environment ideally motor trade experience
- Having a Full UK driving license will be advantageous but not essential
