Key Responsibilities: The role of the PCN administrator is to support with the delivery of contractual requirements of; The Primary Care Network Directed Enhanced Service Additional roles reimbursement scheme recruitment Finance analysis Impact and investment fund target monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Directors and PCN Managers by providing efficient secretarial and administrative support. Most of this will be using Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and Xero accounting software. Wider Responsibilities: Work with the GPs and other primary care teams within the PCN on locality projects. Meet with PCN Manager regularly to prioritise tasks. Coordinate meetings, sending agendas and take accurate minutes and produce action logs. TABA Vision The vision for TABA PCN is to provide a wide range of services for our patients and colleagues that lead to positive patient outcomes, alongside reducing the pressure on our workforce. The post holder will achieve this by: 1. Working Collaboratively with each member of the network to ensure that each voice is heard. 2. Working in partnership with local stakeholders to improve and expand our scope of local services to help tackle health inequalities. 3. Fully embedding roles into our PCN and ensuring they feel valued and supported. 4. Understanding that Patients are the most important people in the health service and are at the centre of the delivery of primary and community health care services.
