Crynodeb
Collaborate with Accn colleagues to allow an all-encompassing approach to Accn policy related topics either tasked or supported by my Line Manager.
Engage with MOD colleagues and establish good working relationships.
Support the development of new policy under the Modernized Accommodation Offer (MAO) to ensure its deliverability by Accn.
Accompany Line Manager or act on their behalf at the Accommodation Policy Working Group (APWG)
represent P&R Accn at the CAAS Implementation Working Group (CIWG).
On behalf of DIO Accn, where Policy change forms are presented as APWG agenda items or as out of committee taskers, approve or challenge appropriately.
Socialize published JSP 464 updates to interested parties for awareness of Policy change.
Representation at Siting Boards for review of new content of JSP 850 publication.
Review JSP 850 “what’s new” distribute when necessary.
Partake in group discussion where necessary, gain support and understanding by engagement with Accommodation SMEs.
Read in and carry out research when deemed necessary to staff policy-auditable change documentation.
Undertake research in support of casework on accommodation issues and manage garden support and white goods processes, including master lists and trackers, on behalf of DIO Accn.
Produce and maintain spreadsheet of GM requirements for SFA used as SLA (Appropriations) to identify appropriate delivery mode and level of service required.
Act as the focal point for queries on Single Living Accommodation (SLA) policy
linking in with the Substitute Accommodation Team for Substitute Single Living Accommodation (SSSA), the Finance Team (for SLA related funding lines)
Attend SLA Expert Group as a DIO Accn rep.
