Summary
Team Leader for Supported Living Service (LD, Autism & Associated Conditions)
Location: South Manchester
Salary: From £32.822 p/a (under review and will increase within a month)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent, 48 hours per week (4 shifts, 10am – 10pm, including some weekends)
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our supported living service in South Manchester, specializing in supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
Oversee shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and local authorities.
Report to management and ensure care standards are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar role.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong leadership and people skills.
Ability to manage shifts and motivate staff.
