- A Culinary Pro – strong cooking skills & deep ingredient knowledge
- Experience at Head Chef or Senior Chef Level in a similar venue
- A Menu Innovator – balancing creativity & cost-effectiveness
- A Natural Leader – experienced in team development & performance
- A Pro at Planning & Organisation – thrives under pressure & meets goals
- Business Savvy – strong understanding of P&Ls, KPIs & cost control
- Legally & Professionally Qualified – HACCP knowledge & relevant certifications
