We are currently seeking a Construction Project Leader to oversee landmark and heritage projects for one of our prestigious clients in North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most iconic and historic buildings, delivering high-quality results while leading a team of skilled professionals.

The Role:

As a Construction Project Leader, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will develop and implement strategic project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks while fostering a safety-first culture across all teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project strategies, workflows, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality management systems.
Lead project procurement strategies and mitigate commercial risks.
Oversee the environmental impact of site activities.
Establish and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
Plan and manage site setups, temporary works, scaffolding, and logistics.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will ideally have:

Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing construction projects.
Previous experience in heritage construction (advantageous).
Strong knowledge of programme management, safe work systems, and stakeholder management.
Extensive experience in operational live environments.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications.
