Summary

McGinley Support Services are recruiting for a Plant and Vehicle Marshal to join us on the HS2, the largest infrastructure project in Europe.

What We Offer a Plant and Vehicle Marshal:

*Rates from £15.52 to £23.28 p/h PAYE Direct

*On-Going long term work on the HS2

Requirements:

*Blue CPCS Card (A73 Qualification)

*3 years proven experience as a Plant and Vehicle Marshal

*Full UK Driving License

Plant and Vehicle Marshal Responsibilities:

*Direct and control the movement of plant machinery and vehicles on-site.

*Ensure safe passage of heavy plant (e.g., excavators, cranes, dumpers) and site vehicles.

*Work closely with banksmen, slinger/signallers, and vehicle operators to guide movements safely.

*Maintain safe distances between machinery, workers, and pedestrians.

*Use hand signals, radios, and signage to direct vehicles and machinery.

*Ensure all vehicles and plant follow designated routes and speed limits.

*Monitor and enforce site traffic rules to prevent congestion and accidents.
