Summary
We are looking for home care workers in Birmingham to provide personal care to both male and female clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting Independence – preparing daily meals and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
Supporting Mobility Needs – assisting with transfers using appropriate equipment.
Providing Personal Care – assisting with bathing, showering, shaving, oral care, and continence support.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing – ensuring individuals are protected from abuse and neglect.
Medication Management – administering medication in line with company policies.
We will provide training for all of the above before you start work.
Who You’ll Be Supporting:
You will be working with adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and complex needs.
The areas where you may potentially be working in are: B11, B12, B13, B14, B28, B29, B30, B31.
Experience is not essential and full training will be provided.
A driving license is also preferred but not essential.
