Our organisation produces baked goods for retail and food service, specialising in cake and sweet pastry tart products. We supply all major UK retailers with ambient Free From ranges and a number of leading Coffee Shop Chains with ambient and frozen ranges.
Food Production Operative - The Role:
- Follow work instructions and recipes to complete your tasks
- Work as part of a team to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Use food production equipment safely
- Work on different production lines
- Fill out quality and safety paperwork
- Make sure our products meet quality standards
- Suggest ideas for improvement
As a family business we value our people and have a range of shifts available to suit individual’s schedules. All our shifts include rotational Saturday working.
Food Production Operative - You:
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Can stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Physically fit and able (large amount of manual handling)
- Flexible with your work duties
