Summary

Salary: Scale 1C/3 : £23,459 - £24,816 (FTE £28,877 - £30,548) per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
Location: Lomond House, SE5 7AL and other Southwark surrounding centres.Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Assessments and Placements team at Orchard Hill College. You will liaise with College staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors to lead on providing administrative support for the College in relation to student annual reviews and information, advice and guidance. This includes:
• Assisting annual review meetings across our College sites, with attendance at times to cover minutes of the meetings;
• Managing diaries, booking meeting rooms and sending invitations to both internal and external bodies;
• Collating various reports, and working to statutory deadlines;
• Working alongside both internal and external teams such as medical professionals, SEND and social care teams.
• To provide admin support to the EHCP Co-ordinator Officer
