Your New Company is a leading construction company specialising in the groundworks of new build housing projects.
Your new role
My client are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance Site Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the groundworks construction of new build housing sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors.Conduct site surveys and prepare reports.
Utilise CAD software for site planning and design.
Perform modelling and analysis to support project development.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, especially on housing developments
Proficiency in CAD software and modelling techniques.
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant engineering degree or certification.
