Hourly Rate: £25 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am-4:30 pm (flexible working)

We are seeking dedicated online teachers ready to inspire, motivate, and empower young learners in a virtual classroom setting. In this role, you will provide tailored academic and emotional support to students facing various challenges, helping them succeed in their educational journey. What You Will Do:
- Create Safe Spaces: Foster a supportive, nurturing environment where students feel confident to take risks and grow academically.
- Personalise Learning: Develop and implement bespoke educational plans that address each student's unique needs and strengths.
- Support Families: Collaborate closely with families to extend learning beyond the classroom and build a strong support network.
- Inspire Growth: Deliver engaging, empathetic lessons that boost self-esteem, resilience, and academic achievement.
- Be a Role Model: Lead by example, promoting positive behaviours and values that encourage personal development and lifelong learning.
What You Bring:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (e.g., PGCE)
- Minimum two years' teaching experience
- Proven expertise delivering Maths, English, and Science aligned with the UK curriculum
- Experience across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Strong proficiency in English
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and the legal right to work in the UK
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding policies
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency with technology and online learning platforms
