Location: Ty Penallta / Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to take on the role of Principal Officer - Catering, playing a vital role in our thriving, multi-site catering operation.
As a senior leader, you will work closely with the Head of Service to ensure the successful delivery of the Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. You will also have the opportunity to lead on innovative projects, champion new initiatives, and drive the continued development, promotion, and success of our service.
For the role, we ask that you have:
A relevant Level 6 (Degree)qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example Business Management.
Proven leadership skills to build and lead strong, highly committed, loyal and distributed teams.
Knowledge and awareness of critical factors that may/or may not affect the trading of the service such as government legislation, current affairs etc.
