Crynodeb
Safe delivery of MS therapies and management of multiple sclerosis patients across the whole disease trajectory from diagnosis to end of life. Facilitating treatment pathways of emerging/established NICE approved MS therapeutics and also the care and support ofall FHFT MS patients to include any task that benefits the neurology MS clinical service. Providing home visits to patients who are unable to attend clinic appointments. You will be involved in the wider MDT discussions/meeting and actively participate and onoccasions lead these regarding the care of people with MS.
