This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role:

-Develop and implement strategies for funding and compliance to support the College's strategic objectives.

-Oversee and manage funding streams, including Adult Skills Fund, Apprenticeships, Sub-contracting provision and other relevant funding sources.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations and guidelines.

-Monitor and report on the performance of funded programmes.

Required skills and qualifications:

-Extensive experience in a senior funding and compliance role within the education sector.

-Proven track record of managing funding streams such as Adult Skills Fund, Apprenticeships, and Sub-contracting provision.

-In-depth knowledge of funding regulations, compliance requirements, and data management systems.

-Up-to-date knowledge of funding rules and changes in legislation.
