Summary
Multi Skilled Operative - Cornwall
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Cornwall Area.
This is a temp role initially on an ongoing basis but you will be able to use a company van and fuel card. You will be paid either Umbrella CIS or PAYE at £22ph.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
• Going to various properties to carry out responsive maintenance
• All aspects of maintenance work
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving a company van safely
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• VIVO pass would be advantageous
