Summary
Join us as a Community Care Assessor at TuVida
As a Community Care Assessor you’ll carry out home assessments for new clients to identify their specific needs, and respond to emergency call-outs to support clients in need within the Crawley area, 8am - 9pm on a panama shift pattern.
In addition, you'll give primary carers much-needed respite by providing comprehensive support, including personal care, meal and fluid preparation, continence care, mobility assistance, medication management, and emotional support.
We value both experienced care professionals and those new to the field. With our training program, we equip all employees with the tools and ongoing guidance they need to succeed.
A valid driving license and access to your own car are required to help us serve clients across the region.
