Our client is a leading construction solutions provider, specialising in high-quality drylining, facades, and fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Drylining Manager to join their team in Bristol and oversee key projects.
Role Overview:
As a Drylining Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing drylining projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee site operations, coordinate with teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise drylining projects from start to finish
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Coordinate materials, schedules, and budgets
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drylining Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of drylining techniques and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
CSCS card & SMSTS certification (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
