Start your day knowing you'll make a difference - we are looking for a Female Support Workers to join our team in Sheffield S8 and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

She is looking for someone that has a caring nature, confident, funny and committed to their work. She enjoys listening to music, meditation and shopping. She requires someone with a resilient disposition who understands the difficulties a person with anxieties can face on a daily basis.

What will I be doing?

- Supporting with daily tasks around the house, cooking, cleaning & laundry

- Supporting with living her life independently in the way she wishes to lead it

- Supporting with administering medication

- Supporting in helping manage her emotions, worries and anxieties on a daily basis

- Supporting with keeping her safe whilst out in the community

The person we support does display behaviours of distress so it is beneficial that you have experience in this area in order to support her confidently and safely. You will receive person specific behaviour support training and intervention training.

Shift Patterns

We provide 24hr support so shifts will include sleep ins and you will be required to do a minimum of 1 a week.

Shift patterns are: 8am - 3.30pm, 3.30pm - 11pm, long days 8am - 11pm including sleep in and finish at 8am. You must be available to work every other weekend and complete sleep ins.
