Summary
Solicitor/Conveyancer – Minimum 3 Year PQE | Preston | 09:00 – 17:00 | £30,000 - £35,000 per year
We are a small, property-focused firm located in Preston, near the city centre and train station, with good road links. Our team includes two experienced full-time solicitors, one part-time solicitor consultant (each with over 10 years of experience), a CILEX apprentice, and a solicitor apprentice working as a paralegal. We are committed to building a strong brand by delivering excellent client service.
At our firm, we value efficiency and innovation, utilising LEAP Case Management with Integrated InfoTrack. All workstations have standing desks and triple monitors to maximise productivity.
Are You the Right Person for the Job?
To join our growing team, you must have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience handling cases/matters from inception to completion
• Proficiency in residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Technical ability and attention to detail
• Competence in Word formatting, task management in Outlook, and handling completion statements, ledgers, and banking elements
• A confident, friendly manner to engage with clients and correspond effectively
What Will Your Role Look Like?
As a Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will independently manage a caseload of residential sales and purchases, within a collaborative team environment. You will be expected to frontload information, be proactive, engage effectively with all parties by phone and email and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
