Summary
Parts Sales Manager
- Fully negotiable starting salary plus bonus earned providing a £70,000 annual on-target earnings.

Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive leading automotive parts and accessories sales specialists located in Wiltshire.
We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Sales Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £70,000.
Parts Sales Manager Person Specification:
- A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- hold strong automotive parts and accessories sales experience at a supervisory/management level with a successful background in new business acquisition/development
The responsibilities of this Parts Sales Manager role are:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
- Controlling and setting challenging but achievable targets/KPIs for your sales team whilst ensuring they are met.
- Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues within the team to devise and implement sales plans.
