The Role

We’re recruiting for a Digital Support Officer here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Legal Aid Agency (LAA) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality administrative support to the department and relevant senior managers.
• Manage a shared mailbox and provide high-quality, accurate, and timely service to internal and external user-management requests.
• Managing reference data additions and changes to LAA business systems.
• Lead on onboarding & off boarding activities to ensure new starters have the necessary IT equipment and access for a smooth start, while ensuring leavers are offboarded in a timely manner.
• Liaising with stakeholders to establish project IT equipment requirements and engaging necessary teams to realise these requirements.
• Submitting ad hoc technology purchases.
• Managing travel bookings and reporting againt departments spend.
• Managing requests to access LAA business systems, including creating and
• end dating users accounts.
• Providing secretariat support to Senior members, assisting with administrative tasks, facilitating and servicing meetings, and being a point of contact.
• Diary management support for senior members - setting up meetings and adapting quickly to change to ensure smooth and effective management of time.
