Summary
Coding using SNOMED Summarising patient records. Scanning patient identifiable data onto their individual healthcare record. Assisting practices with a backlog of coding tasks. Recall tasks: running searches to find patients that are due to revisit their practice for a blood test, bowel screening etc. Providing remote digital support for patients and practices, ensuring patient data is up to date and correct. Providing EMIS logins for PCN staff
