Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch break daily
Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Our client, a well-established company based in Rugby, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales function and ensuring a smooth customer journey. You'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team while liaising with distributors, national companies, family-run businesses, and various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering exceptional service
- Process orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
- Provide expert advice on product features, pricing, and availability
- Handle general customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Team Leader when necessary
- Conduct soft telesales campaigns to existing customers
- Manage daily invoicing
- Monitor time-critical orders, keeping customers updated on any potential delays
