Post Title: WorkWell Senior Work and Health Coach Department: Employment & Recovery Services Location: Black Country Wide Directorate: Strategy and Partnerships Band: 6 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Fixed Term - 13 months (end date of 31/03/26) The role will work collaborating with clinicians, participants, families, partner organisations and employers across the Black Country. The successful candidates will support a small team who carry a caseload of up to 25- 30 individuals. Key responsibilities include: *Collation and submission of monthly KPIs and caseload management tools for Work & Health Coaches. *Managing staff and complying with HR policies and procedures as required. *Creating and maintaining partnerships in the geographical area both internally and externally. *Carrying a small caseload and leading the team by example for delivering a high quality service.
