Summary
Relief Kitchen Porter
£13 per hour
Witney Area
Duties:
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty bins and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
- Stock and organize supplies in the kitchen area
- Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Safety shoes
