In this engaging role, youll: Be the friendly voice and problem-solver for customers, managing enquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers and the public. Keep electronic databases up-to-date with details of interactions, requests, and resolutions. Ensure customer information is handled securely and confidentially. Assist with payments, provide basic account advice, process invoices, and arrange repairs. Possess previous customer service and call center experience. Every day, youll use your excellent communication and organizational skills to help customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied.
Whats In It For You? £11.89 per hour Monday - Friday with Various shift patterns: 8am-4pm 9am-5pm £150 Bonus after 8 weeks *T&Cs apply Additional Perks: 28 days of pro-rata paid annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays). Access to a canteen and free on-site parking. Opportunities for overtime and employee incentives.
