Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Support Workers to assist two active gentlemen in Sheffield, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support, including:
- Assisting with medication
- Encouraging and promoting independence
- Engaging in physical activities such as cycling, walking, and attending day centres
- Supporting with meals out, social outings, and group activities
What We're Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual
- A team player who can also work independently
- Someone energetic and proactive to engage in active lifestyles
Various day shifts available, including sleep-ins
