Summary

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioners, with a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Kenilworth.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This position requires a nurturing individual who is committed to fostering a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young learners.

Duties

    • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families, ensuring effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards.
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall objectives of the nursery.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education.

    Qualifications

      • A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
      • Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
      • Strong understanding of child development principles and early years curriculum frameworks.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
      • Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
      • A current DBS check will be required prior to employment.
