Service Advisor:
Basic Salary: Up to £28,000
OTE: Up to £33,000
Location: Leeds

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
Arranging Service Department bookings
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor:
3/4 years experience in Customer Service
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System is an advantage
Previous experience Upselling
Full manual UK Driving Licence
