To succeed as a Nursing Associate, you will: Have successfully completed the Nursing Associate level 5 qualification such as a Foundation Degree or Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education Be an active Nursing and Midwifery Council registrant on the Nursing Associate register Be a highly motivated individual and be an active team player in a multidisciplinary and diverse team Enjoy working in a clinical environment that is constantly and rapidly changing Be a professional and caring towards patients, staff and colleagues Have a flexible approach to both your duties and your hours Have a commitment to continuing professional development Helping you feel good.
