Make a Real Difference with Havencare

Are you passionate about transforming lives? Do you want a career where you can truly make an impact?

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our dedicated team, leading high-quality support services for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other support needs. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for your services while collaborating with other Registered Managers across the region. You’ll report to an Area Manager, who is also CQC registered, benefiting from a strong peer support network and shared accountability for excellence.

Why Havencare?

Havencare has been making a difference for over 37 years, supporting people across Cornwall, in their own homes and with a dedicated team of staff. Our mission is simple:
✅ Ensure every person has a home that’s right for them.
✅ Provide tailored support for individuals to live the life they choose.
✅ Continue expanding our impact locally, regionally, and nationally.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Manager, you’ll lead and develop outstanding regulated support services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. Your key responsibilities include:
• Delivering high-quality care – Leading services that are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective, and Well-Led.
• Leading & developing teams – Coaching, motivating, and supporting Practice Leaders, Hub Leaders, and Outreach Leaders.
• Driving best practice – Championing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed approaches, and active support.
• Ensuring compliance & growth – Managing budgets, policies, and professional relationships while driving service development.
• Providing leadership beyond your service – Taking part in organisational projects, risk management, and growth strategies.
• On-call responsibilities – Participating in regional on-call duties every 4–6 weeks.

About You:

You’re a driven and passionate leader, committed to making a difference. While prior CQC registration experience is beneficial, it’s not essential – we’re looking for someone with the knowledge, ambition, and motivation to lead outstanding services.
You’ll embody Havencare’s values of Transparency, Engagement, and Quality, ensuring people receive exceptional care and support.

Essential: Due to service locations, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle to ensure service oversight.

What We Offer:

At Havencare, we value and invest in our people. In return for your commitment, we provide:
✔ Flexible working – Autonomy in managing your responsibilities.
✔ Career development – Ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
✔ Generous annual leave – 6 weeks, increasing to 6.4 weeks after 1 year.
✔ Employee wellbeing support – 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
✔ Recognition & rewards – Vouchers for Christmas, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
✔ Additional benefits – Paid DBS, refer-a-friend incentives, and optional overtime.
Join us and be part of a team that’s changing lives every day.
