THE AGENCY
An education recruitment agency specialising in Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across 12 offices throughout the UK.
With a vast wealth of market experience and knowledge, the business work with clients and candidates to find the perfect match from newly qualified teachers right up to headteachers within education settings.
The business prides itself on making sure all the consultants are well looked after in terms of packages (both monetary and benefits and wellbeing support.)
With designated teams throughout the business handling back office, payroll, CRM systems and candidate sourcing and sales teams.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the business as a recruitment consultant in the education market.
Being supported by the surrounding teams, to allow you to do what you do best.
Tasked with building and maintaining relationships with education settings, sourcing roles and requirements, and selling the candidates to the schools to fill their roles/requirements.
You will have FULL autonomy and trust to run your desk and diary how best works for you.
DON’T keep working hard and not enjoy the freedom and finances you deserve – benefit from strong monetary packages, health and wellbeing packages and clear progression pathways (up to senior management)!
