Summary
The post holder will ensure the approach to service delivery is value led and underpinned by the philosophy of Continual Quality Improvement. You will be required to deputise for the Director of Community Health & Social Care Operations as required across all health and social care portfolios and to take line management responsibility for some operational portfolios, responsibility for hospital discharge and interface services, performance across both organisations and Operational Resilience. You will also be required to participate in the Trusts senior manager on call rota. Lead the transformation and planning of integration across Norfolk for Health and Social Care. Developing processes and systems, identifying new approaches to create high performing services and deliver efficiency savings. A clear focus on engaging with senior leaders and communities and demonstrating learning in practice. Ensuring robust quality assurance and performance measures, data collection and reporting systems are in place, including for contract management, to deliver statutory requirements, management strategy and performance improvement.
