Summary
Ofsted Registered Manager
Location: Peterborough
Salary: From £35,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to join a dynamic team in Peterborough. As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, welfare, and development of children in residential care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain the highest standards in residential care.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Children’s Home.
• Support, mentor, and develop the team to achieve their potential.
• Manage the home’s budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place and followed.
Requirements:
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management (essential).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level within an Ofsted-regulated Children’s Home.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A driving licence is highly desirable.
