Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to work within the Digital Portfolio team, undertaking project management across various strategic programmes and projects in different subject areas to support the successful delivery of Diagnostic & Pharmacy and Excellence Programmes

This programme strategies aims to enhance patient, service user, and colleague experiences through superior digital services and the main enabler to Vision 10. Supporting broader strategic goals by increasing operational efficiency, cutting costs, and improving patient care through digital technology.

The Senior Project Manager will need to have significant experience in Digital and/or Healthcare to enable them to contribute to progress at the pace. They will need to be flexible and agile and able to balance and switch priorities depending on the team's and organisation's business needs.

We support flexible working, this role is a hybrid role the successful candidate will need to be based on site 2-3 days a week and travel across the NCA footprint.

A key role within the Digital Directorate and the Senior Project Manager, this person is responsible for effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of identified projects within the Digital Portfolio team, thereby driving business and digital maturity across the NCA.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered within the NCA’s Digital Portfolio Assurance Framework. This will include planning, organisational control, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and robust benefits realisation. The Senior Digital Project Manager is expected to contribute to promoting the Planning and Delivery approach and to the growth of the projects.

As the Senior Digital Project Manager, you will have a breadth of knowledge and experience of delivering complex digital change projects on a large scale and will be responsible for scoping, project planning, and management of several complex projects that are pivotal to the Trust's key strategic priorities. thereby driving business and cultural change across the NCA.
