Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Freight Operations Executive (Exports & Imports) to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview;
-Support freight team operations, processes, and customs documentation.
-Manage exports, returns, and customs clearance.
-Collaborate closely with warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Exports (Primary):
-Prepare export documents (MAWB, HAWB).
-Complete customs declarations and validate data.
-Coordinate pre-alerts to international gateways.
-Plan monthly international consignments per client instructions.
-Handle whisky/alcohol shipment files.
-Ensure compliance with export regulations and HMRC policies.
Imports (Supporting):
-Create import documents for shipments.
-Process customs declarations and validate data.
-Communicate with overseas partners for returns and inquiries.
-Handle import billing and ensure regulatory compliance.

Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Reports to: Import/Export Supervisors
