Summary

A well-established insurance broker is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team. They can consider a range of locations, including Amersham and Leamington Spa. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, with two days from home depending on the office location.

The successful candidate will have experience managing their own book of business, handling renewals, servicing existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. A strong background in personal lines insurance is essential, particularly within a transactional environment. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored advice and solutions to clients.

Candidates should have prior experience in a personal lines account executive role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Those with a background in E-Trade and digital insurance platforms will be particularly well suited. Experience in a brokerage known for high levels of client interaction and policy transactions will be an advantage, particularly if they have managed an income range of £90,000 to £140,000. The role is well suited to individuals who have worked in environments where efficiency, client service, and policy growth are key drivers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, whether they are currently in a similar role or looking to transition from a more traditional brokerage into a progressive and dynamic environment.
