Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic sales assistant to support our store in Melrose, assisting customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
What you’ll do:
- Basic admin and support with cold calls and setting up appointments at trade fairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product enquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure the store is well presented.
- Assist in merchandising and promotional activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work additional hours if required.
