We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work across the East Community Nursing Team, as part of the Integrated Nursing and Conditions service within CHCP CIC. Part time hours available. You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative, and are ready for the challenge of working autonomously in a community setting.
The ability to commute within the geographical area with access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
