Summary

Support Worker Needed
For Maternity Cover
Must be reliable, responsible and highly organised
13.5 hours per week (extra hours may be available) for a minimum of 8 months
Do you have experience of running a household and enthusiasm for supporting someone else to run their household in the way they choose?
Are you extremely organised, methodical and able to plan and keep track of various different tasks at once?
Are you reliable and committed to doing your job as well as it can possibly be done?

I am autistic and have a busy, complicated life. I don’t need ‘carers’, I need details done right, consistently. I am looking for a reliable, responsible individual to help me run my household and keep my systems organised the way I need them whilst the main post holder is on maternity leave.

There will be opportunity to shadow the current post holder in their role before they go on leave so you can begin to understand the nature of the role and the systems in place. You must be able to commit to the full leave period

Life experience essential. Autism experience an advantage

Rate of pay: £14.00 rising to £15.00 after a 1 month probationary period
